In order to implement the spirit of the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee, implement the decision-making deployment of the State Council on the development of service-oriented manufacturing, according to the "Guiding Opinions on Further Promoting the Development of Service-Oriented Manufacturing" (MIIT Lianjianfa [2020] No. 101), "Special Action Plan for Improving the Manufacturing Industry's Design Capability (2019-2022)" (MIIT Lianjianfa [2019] No. 218), and the "Guidance Opinion on Accelerating the Development of Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Cultivation of New Models and New Formats of Shared Manufacturing and Promoting the High-Quality Development of Manufacturing Industry (MIIT Industry [2019] No. 226), and in accordance with the Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology on the Selection of the Third Batch of Service-oriented Manufacturing Demonstration (MIIT Government and Law Letter 〔2021〕 No. 43), the third batch of service-oriented manufacturing demonstration list has been determined after the work of declaration and recommendation, expert evaluation, on-site examination, and online publicity, and so on. The third batch of service-oriented manufacturing demonstration list is hereby announced.
